5. Vehicle Information

We are authorised users of the New Zealand Transport Agency (“NZTA”) Motor Vehicle Register. We use this to verify the registered owner/s of a vehicle via its number plate, for the purpose of:

Confirming vehicle access rights on client property (e.g., forestry property, gated areas, monitored locations)
Incident response and security investigations
Monitoring unauthorised or suspicious activity

You may opt out by visiting the New Zealand Transport Agency and apply to revoke authorised access to my personal details.
